1) How happy are you working with TRANSLATION-PROBST?
Working with you is great. There have never been any problems or misunderstandings. Your translations are always clear and comprehensible, and we have never had any complaints. 

2) Why did you choose TRANSLATION-PROBST to translate your texts? Does our terminology service have anything to do with your choice?
There are a few reasons: Firstly we are very satisfied with the level of quality, secondly we receive a discount, thirdly the online tool excellently supports the management of translation orders and fourthly we have developed a friendly relationship with Mr Probst. This has made working together very enjoyable.
We didn’t know anything about the terminology service when we chose TRANSLATION-PROBST, but now I believe it is fundamental and a very important part of your work. 

3) What do you think of our terminology service? Are you happy with it?
There’s not much I can say about it – terminology lists are essential for your work and they would definitely help me if I had to translate a text from one language into another. It’s great!

4) You work for FH SCHWEIZ and so you work with texts every day.  Why is terminology so important in your industry?
It is important that in addition to technical terms, recurring terms such as the names of universities, institutes, federal agencies and organisations are translated correctly. This is crucial and it highlights the quality of a text. Texts must be comprehensible -  that’s the most important thing.

5) Has anything changed for FH SCHWEIZ since your texts have had consistent terminology?
I think it was already quite consistent. The translators must have kept it up-to-date. 

6) With regards to our terminology service, what changes would you like to see in the future?
Nothing really. If we manage to keep checking the list and updating it, then that’s the most important thing. If something is unclear, you can always ask us about it.

Other comments: Every now and then I check to make sure that texts have been translated correctly. So far this has always been the case, without exception, and so trust in the translation service is growing even more. It’s simple: careful and professional work pays off.
