SUBWAY WINTERTHUR has signed up for TRANSLATION-PROBST Ltd.'s social media subscription. The restaurant is part of the largest chain of sandwich restaurants in the world, and chose TRANSLATION-PROBST Ltd. for its first venture into the world of social media.

Firstly, we analysed SUBWAY WINTERTHUR's situation and corporate objectives. We then developed an appropriate and attractive social-media concept. This contains everything that is of crucial importance for ensuring successful dialogue with customers.

In December 2010 we launched the SUBWAY WINTERTHUR profile online on Facebook and Twitter. When carrying out all these social media activities, we consistently paid special attention to authenticity, transparency and innovation.
